Kerill Kennedy

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology, has a Lic. CIPD in Human Resources and is currently reading a Masters of Education specializing in Teaching English as a Foreign Language through the University of Sydney/Open University. Kerill is a strong believer in using modern educational and psychological theory to help facilitate English language learning of his students.
An ex IT Project and Knowledge Manager he has been living and teaching English in China for over 5 years and has taught conversational English, TOEFL, IELTS and provided corporate training for a wide variety of small, medium and large companies in China.

James Baran

Originally from Canada he has a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of Chicago and is completing a degree in psychology and philosophy as well. James was a professional football player and has wide-ranging experience in international importing and exporting.
James has been teaching English in South East Asia for over six years, first in Korea before going on to teach and manage an English school in Japan. He has been living in China for the last year and is the Senior Trainer for learning 365.

Rhett Merz

Rhett Merz is an American who has been living and teaching in China for 7 years. He studied Linguistics in university and is now pursuing graduate studies in Teaching Second Languages. His main areas of interest are the learning/teaching of Lexis, and Sociolinguistics. He lives in Shangai with his wife and children.
